Farmside is now offering customers access to a
great new app called RouteThis.

RouteThis allows you to easily diagnose and troubleshoot any
Wi-Fi or connectivity difficulties you are experiencing.

When should I use RouteThis?

Before giving our Technical Support team a call, we recommend using the RouteThis app to identify common issues. You run a scan if you are experiencing the following issues:

• Speed issues

• Video buffering

• Wireless coverage issues/dropouts

• Wireless congestion

Step 1

Download the free RouteThis app on your device from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Once installed open the app and click Begin.

​

You will then be asked to enter a code.  Please use the code:  FARM

​

Step 2

Select Network Scan to start the diagnosis.

​

​

​

​

From there, you will be guided through recommended troubleshooting steps needed to resolve your connection issues.
