Farm 4 Life Referral Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry is open to:

    • Existing Farmside customers who are relocating from current home to a new one and taking Farmside with them or those signing up to Farmside broadband (new customers) on a new 24 month term, who are aged 18 or over; except employees of the promoter Farmside Limited (“Farmside”), their families, Farmside’s associated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion (“Eligible Entrant”)

  2. Entry is limited to one per Eligible Entrant.

  3. The Promotion starts on 8:00am, Thursday, 28 May 2020 and closes 11:59pm, Friday, 31 July 2020.

  4. The prize: 1 winner of $500 Prezzy© card

  5. To enter the prize draw, eligible customers must quote ‘Farm4Life’ in the promo field of the online sign up form or mention it when they ring Farmside on 0800 32 76 74.

  6. The winner is determined via a random prize draw of eligible customers (see no. 3), which will be held on Tuesday, 4 August 2020 at 11.00am

  7. The winner will be notified via (tagged post or private message). If the winner fails to make contact with Farmside within 24 hours after the draw has taken place, or the winner is unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Farmside will randomly choose another winner.  

  8. The winner may be required to participate in publicity as a result of this promotion.

  9. By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions

  10. The prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.

  11. Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

  12. By entering the prize draw, you consent to receive the latest news, special offers, promotions and information from Farmside by email, TXT or other channels from time to time. If at any stage you do not want to receive this information then please let us know.

  13. Farmside is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  14. In the event of any dispute, Farmside’s decision is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Farmside can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into

  15. Farmside reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.

  16. Information published by Farmside on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
