OPTUS Satellite Double Data
Satellite internet is tricky, it’s expensive for us to provide (imagine trying to get your mechanic to service your tractor 36,000 kms away in space!) which means it’s expensive for you and has its limitations. We are working hard to give our satellite customers the best experience and value possible.
So, from March 22nd to May 20th we are going to DOUBLE your data for FREE for our OPTUS Satellite customers!
We know having satellite as your only option is frustrating, as soon as we can we will be changing you over to another service, but for now, we want to do some testing. We want to test how the network copes with our customers using more data so we can understand how we can improve your Farmside experience.
This applies to your base plan peak data (doesn’t include any free boosters you might have), so if you’re on the 10GB plan you will have 20GB for the price of your 10GB plan for the April usage period.
20GB turns to 40GB and so on.
You don’t have to do anything to be a part of this trial, it’ll happen automatically.
During this time, we would appreciate your feedback, we can monitor network performance and usage from our end, but we want to hear real feedback from our customers.
You may receive a survey toward the end of this trial, we would appreciate if you would take part in this.

Trial closes 20/05/2019 unless Farmside, in its sole discretion, withdraws the trial sooner or chooses to extend or amend it.
