Direct Debit Terms and Conditions
Your direct debit is subject to the following conditions:

You agree that Farmside must give you at least 10 days prior notice of each direct debit including the first direct debit in a series. Changes to the amount or dates of a series of direct debits require 30 days prior notice to you.

You can also agree with Farmside to receive a same day notice for direct debits specifically requested by you

All notice must be in writing, but can be delivered electronically, if you have agreed that with Farmside

If your bank dishonours a direct debit but Farmside retries it within 5 business days of the original direct debit, you understand that Farmside doesn’t need to notify you again about that direct debit.
The direct debit is also subject to your banks standard terms and conditions that relate to your account.
