Customer COVID-19 Hardship Application

Farmside understands that COVID-19 may be a difficult time for individuals, families and businesses. To support our customers, we may grant an extension of time for payment for up to three months. To be eligible for consideration for this payment extension, you will need to show:

  • Consumer customers (individuals and families) - as a result of the impacts of COVID-19, you have lost your job or your normal income from all sources has been reduced by 30% or more for at least one month before the next due date.

  • Business customers - your business has had a minimum 30% decline in actual or predicted revenue over the month compared with the same month last year, and that decline is due to COVID-19.

After the form is submitted, Farmside will confirm approved applications for hardship relief via email, or contact you by phone or text if we need further information to assess your application.
