How can I pay my monthly bill?
Automatic payments are easy to set up and even easier to manage. You don’t have to worry about making manual payments each month; you just need to ensure you have funds in your account on the day the payment is due.
- Direct Debit or Credit Card - Payments will be deducted from your account or card automatically on the 15th of the month or the nearest business day. To set up a direct debit, visit www.myfarmside.co.nz/pay-bill. To set up an automatic credit card payment, please contact us.
- Billing Partner – You can charge your Farmside services to your Farmlands, Farm Source, PGG Wrightson or Ruralco supply account.
Manual payments are due by the 15th of the month.
Credit/Debit Card – Visit www.myfarmside.co.nz/pay-bill to process a manual payment via credit or debit card.
- Internet Banking/Direct Credit – Search for Baycity Communications Limited in your payee list. Please remember to enter your name into the particulars field and your Farmside customer number into the reference field. If you cannot find us in your bank’s payee list, please use the details below.
When is my monthly bill due?
The 15th of each month if we bill you directly. If you pay via a billing partner, then it will be as per your agreement with them.
Where can I find my account number?
Your account number can be found in the top right hand corner on your monthly invoice.
Why do I receive multiple invoices?
Every billing change we make in your account creates a separate invoice. We are working on amalgamating these invoices into a single invoice but for now you will receive one email with multiple invoices for each Farmside account where applicable.
Where can I find copies of my invoices?
When can I expect to receive my monthly bill?
You will receive your monthly bill between the 1st and 5th of each month.
