When is my monthly bill due?
The 15th of each month if we bill you directly. If you pay via a billing partner, then it will be as per your agreement with them.

Your account number can be found on your monthly bill, in the top right hand corner.
Why do I receive multiple invoices?

When can I expect to receive my monthly bill?
You will receive your monthly bill between the 1st and 5th of each month.
What can I expect my first bill to look like?
Your first bill may include:
Part month charge: The part month charge applies from the date your service was activated up until the date your billing cycle starts.

Example: Your service is activated on 8th June and the normal billing cycle starts from the 1st of each month.
