Farmside's 12 Days of Christmas 2019 Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry is open to Farmside customers aged 18 or over (“Eligible Entrant”) except employees of the promoter Farmside Limited (“Farmside”), their families, Farmside’s associated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

  2. The Promotion starts at 8:00am, Monday 2 December 2019 and closes 11:59pm, Tuesday, 17 December 2019.

  3. To enter, you must meet the following criteria:

    1. be a Farmside customer during the Promotion period;

    2. follow the Farmside Facebook Page; and

    3. perform the ‘action’ requested in the daily draw.

  4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.  You are providing your entry information to Farmside and not to Facebook.

  5. There is no limit to the number of entries each Eligible Entrant can make.

  6. Farmside may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these terms and conditions.

  7. The prizes are:

  • 1x $100 monthly credit for 12 months*

  • 1x 2 nights at Hotel St Moritz Queenstown (valued at $ 978)**

  1. *Prizes consisting of credit will be applied as soon as the winner is confirmed to be a Farmside customer, but may not appear until the following month’s bill.

  2. **The St. Moritz Hotel Stay prize is for the room only, for a maximum of two guests (room contains a king bed and is not suitable for families with young children). All other incidentals incurred during the stay are at the expense of the winner, including food, drink & parking. Reservations availability is limited may not be approved during peak weekends. Prize voucher expires November 2020.

  3. ***The 50GB Data Booster can only be used with plans that are capped (not unlimited).

  4. Winners are determined by the ‘action’ they need to perform each day. Prizes are drawn at the start of each of the following day.

  5. Winners will be notified via Facebook Private Message. Where a Winner fails to respond within 24 hours of being notified, Farmside will select another winner from eligible entries.

  6. Winners will be required to provider contact details in order to facilitate the delivery of prizes. All information provided will be treated in accordance with Farmside’s Privacy Policy.  

  7. The winners may be required to participate in publicity as a result of this promotion.

  8. By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions

  9. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.

  10. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.

  11. By entering this competition, you consent to receive the latest news, special offers, promotions and information from Farmside by email, TXT or other channels from time to time. If at any stage you do not want to receive this information then please let us know.

  12. Farmside is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  13. All entries become the property of Farmside.

  14. In the event of any dispute, Farmside’s decision is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Farmside can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

  15. Farmside reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.

  16. Information published by Farmside on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
