1. Where can I purchase my Webline equipment?

2. What do I connect the Webline ATA to?
The ATA connects your standard analogue phone (as used on the Telecom network) to the Ethernet connection from your Farmside satellite user terminal (UT). When you purchase an ATA from Farmside, connection instructions will be included with the unit.
3. Can I plug my home phone into the Webline ATA?
Most common types of home phones will be compatible with the Webline ATA. Give the Farmside Help Desk a call on 0800 FS FIX IT (0800 37 34 94) if you have any queries about this.
4. Can I get a longer cord for my Webline ATA or handset?
If you need a longer length of cable, extension cabling is available from most electrical supplies stores. Ask for BT45 extension cabling for your Webline ATA, or ethernet extension cabling for your Webline handset.
5. What is the freight charge for the Webline equipment?
Depending on the size of the package and subject to courier charge changes, charges are approximately $$9.95 + GST for a large package.
6. Does my Webline handset or ATA come with an instruction manual?
Yes. If you have any other queries while you’re getting used to the service, just call the Farmside Help Desk on 0800 FX FIX IT (0800 37 34 94).
7. Can I install my Webline handset or ATA myself?
Farmside will dispatch Webline equiptment pre-configured, so in most cases you should be able to install it yourself within a few minutes. If you require onsite assistance, Farmside can send an installer to your site - give us a call for cost details.
8. Does my Webline handset or ATA come with a warranty?
The Webline handset or ATA comes with standard manufacturer’s warranty - refer to the documentation supplied with your equipment.
9. If I disconnect from Webline, will I get a refund for any Webline equipment I have purchased?
The equipment Farmside sells has been tested and certified for use with Webline but is not part of the Webline Phone service. If you have existing VOIP equipment that is certified for use on Webline, you are welcome to use this. There is no connection or disconnection fee for the Webline service, but if you choose to disconnect from Webline and you have purchased the Webline equipment from Farmside, we cannot credit or refund your Webline equipment.
