1. What is a Mobile Mate?
A Mobile Mate is UNLIMITED free calling to another Farmside Mobile number that you nominate as part of your monthly Farmside Mobile Plan.
2. How many Mobile Mates do I get?
From 2 to unlimited, depending on the plan you choose.
3. How do I nominate my Mobile Mates?
You can either call Farmside or nominate your Mobile Mates by logging into MyFarmside.
4. How do I change my Mobile Mates?
You can either call Farmside or edit your Mobile Mates by logging into MyFarmside.
5. Can all Farmside Mobile customers be a Mobile Mate?
Yes, all Farmside Mobile customers on the Regular, Plus or Pro plans.
6. How will I know if one of my friends or family are also a Farmside Mobile customer?
You will need to ask them.
7. How often can I change my Mobile Mates?
Once a month. You can only alter a Mobile Mate 30 days after you first nominated them.
8. Can I call everyone on my account for free? For example wife/son/employees?
As long as you have nominated them as a Mobile Mate, then yes.
