1. Will I get a new mobile phone if I join Farmside Mobile?

We have a full range of mobile phones available. In many cases we can offer a discounted, sometimes free, new mobile phone when a customer is signing into a new contract term.


2. What if I find that my new phone is not right for me, can I change it?

Farmside offer a 7 day right of return policy for phones if they do not suit your purposes. Farmside will exchange a product for another providing returned product is in as new, re-saleable condition with all original packaging intact.


3. My phone is broken and needs replaced what should I do?

Call Farmside straight away. We can arrange a loan phone while we get your handset fixed by the approved repairer.  We will arrange to courier your broken phone into Farmside so we can get it reviewed and repaired accordingly.


4.Will it cost me to get a new sim card if my old one is damaged?

The charge for a new sim card is $5 + GST.


5. Will Farmside support my mobile phone that I purchased elsewhere prior to joining Farmside Mobile?
