1. Can a customer receive their bill by email?

 Definitely! E-mail billing is Farmside’s preferred option.


2. Can a customer view their bill online?

 Yes, full billing information will be provided in Myfarmside.


3. Can a customer pay online?

Yes, Farmside accept payments made online via a customers bank.  We do not have the provision to pay directly via myfarmside or on-line via credit card.


4. Who do I call if I have a question or concern about my account?

Call us on 0800 Farnside (0800 32 76 74).


5. Will Farmside have paper statements?

Yes Farmside will send a summary bill (up to 3 pages) for $5 per month only if requested.
