Customer Services Representative
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to join the team at Farmside. No two days at Farmside are the same. In this role you will be dealing with a wide variety of challenging situations with the ultimate goal of delighting our customer’s. The role would encompass handling inbound calls from Farmside customers with regards to billing & technical queries. It would also entail making outbound calls to existing customers to up sell and cross sell Farmside products.
To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:
- Be comfortable using Internet and various computer applications
- You should be innovative and think outside of the square
- Ability to multi task while who are on the phone with the customer
- Have a pleasant phone manner and ability to deliver to KPI
- Love challenges and like solving customer problems on a day to day basis
- Ideally you would have had at least 6 months of experience in the Call Centre Industry
