1. How do I get Webline?
It’s easy. Just call your Farmside on 0800 FARMSIDE (0800 32 76 74) and we can do everything we need to over the phone.
2. Are there connection fees for Webline?
You can either install your Webline equipment yourself at no charge, or request onsite assistance from a Farmside installer. If you request onsite assistance from a Farmside installer, there will be charges associated with this. Contact the Farmside customer service team on 0800 Farmside (0800 32 76 74) for more information about this option.
3. Is there a minimum service term with Webline?
There is no specific minimum service term for Webline, but the minimum billing period is one month, so if you choose to disconnect during the month, a full month’s service charges will apply.
4. Are there disconnection fees for Webline?
No, only those that apply overall to your Farmside satellite connection, where a minimum service term and early disconnection fees apply. See Farmside Standard Terms and Conditions.
5. How much notice do I have to give to disconnect Webline?
We’re confident that once you experience the toll saving benefits of Webline, you won’t want to disconnect! However should you need to disconnect (such as for relocations) Farmside will require one month’s notice.
6. If I disconnect from Webline, can I port my number to my new provider?
If your landline number was successfully ported over to the Webline service and you choose to disconnect. Farmside is unable to give your number back to the original provider unless a porting request form is completed with your new provider before you disconnect your Webline service.
